THE MAYBOLE PANTRY PICKLED FIGS are grown organically in California USA and imported in a semi-dry condition.
We marinate them in dry red wine and then cook them in our own recipe of cider vinegar and spices. As the preserving syrup is boiled there is no residual alcohol content, just wonderful flavours.
Enjoy them straight from the jar or with your cheese platter. They are ideal as a garnish for rich meats such as venison, duck and pork.

THE MAYBOLE PANTRY LIQUEUR FIGS are made using the finest local and imported ingredients.
The figs are grown organically in California, USA and imported in a semi-dry condition. We then get to work and reconstitute them in desert wine and cook them to our own recipe which has a finishing touch of hazelnut liqueur. As the preserving syrup is boiled and reduced there is no alcohol content, just the wonderful flavours.
Have them just as they are or as an accompaniment to any chocolate or cream desert. They are ideal served with coffee as a finishing touch to a fine meal.
MAYBOLE FIG JAM

Maybole Fig Jam is full of fruit and full of flavour. It is made by "caramelising" the fruit and sugar together to produce a lucious, thick jam which is delicious any way you choose to serve it, on toast, scones, as a filling in an almond tart, warmed and dolloped over vanilla icecream.
Maybole Fig Jam is a taste sensation when served with your favourite cheese and "Walkers" fineoatcakes.
